Re: How do I get the HTC Desire Z onto Telus?

Telus and Bell Is the same Network (HSPA) so you will not have problem with frequencies. But if you want the desire Z on telus, You have to buy at full price in Bell and after unlock it to use with telus. Telus will sell you a simcard to put inside your HTC. Tell it's for a present because they don't want to sell the phone without put in an account.

If you have to unlock your phone. We can unlock your phone with a code. If you want a fast service and the best custumer service, go to: www.mobileincanada.com We give all instruction by video... FAST SERVICE!! SUPPORT CANADIAN COMPAGNY!!

How do I get the HTC Desire Z onto Telus?

My phone contract is running out soon, and I am currently on Telus. I want to get the Desire Z, but I don't know if I want to switch carriers. I've heard that Bell and Telus run on the same networks, so I presume that it would be possible to use a Bell phone on Telus. Would I only have to unlock or buy an unlocked Desire Z and then take it to a Telus store to get it to work on their network? Does the Canadian Desire z even use sim cards? Please give detailed responses...thanks.
Also just want to clarify and make sure that the Desire Z works on Telus' frequencies, and what the up/down speeds are etc.
