Photoscape is good, and also Pixelmator, but i am pretty sure that is for mac. I had photoscape for years and found it quick and simple to use. There is also Picasa - which is simple too. Otherwise there is photoshop, but it is relatively hard to use, so go for photoscape is Picasa.

    Hope this helped.

An easy simple beginner one is probably Gimp 2. Try it you might like it until youre ready to move on.

What is a good and easy to use photo editor to use?

Okay, Usually I would edit my photos using an app I had on my iPhone called FX Photo Studio and it worked perfectly giving me excellent results with just one click. But recently I broken my iPhone so I was wondering if anyone knew any easy to use photo editing software (besides Photobucket) that I could use on my PC. I've tried Adobe Elements? or something like that.. and didn't like it very much ): If anyone could help me find something like the iphone app Fx Photo Studio It'd be greatly appreciated.
