Verizon phone users i have an insurance question for you ? Okay so I dropped my phone at work tonight and cracked the screen. Will insurance cover it or do I have to say my phones " programming" is acting up for them to replace it in full? And do they still replace the phone completely I haven't had to do this in awhile I purchased a year long insurance thing and I got my phone in March. so I'm still in the green. Do you have any tips I don't wanna go to the phone company and say the wrong thing and have to pay for a new 800.00 phone I have a HTC thunderbolt. Thank you!!!
