Photoshop: Can someone explain how this effect was done? Or can be done with any program? PIC:http://i.imgur.com/zpeB1.jpg it looks like a painting such as the original image its mimicking, "the creation of adam", but its not. i want to achieve this effect on a normal picture that has no effects,notice it sort of looks dreamy and a bit blurred and textured like a painting, yet sustains its details like the folds on the clothing. how do i do this??
