Mermaids #2 ~ A real woman is never too old her music first my mom's a big sunny and cher fan so. And I loved her in moonstruck such a good cute movie.

Mermaids #2 ~ A real woman is never too old ************************************************** **************************************** This thread is for appreciating Mermaids (1990). ************************************************** **************************************** Set in the 1960s, this film details the relationship between an unorthodox, unmarried vagabond mother (Cher), and her two daughters. 15-year-old Charlotte(Winona Ryder), continually embarrassed by her flamboyant mother, wants to be the world's greatest Catholic (a tough call for a girl who's Jewish); nine-year-old Kate (Christina Ricci) would be satisfied with becoming the world's champion swimmer. After moving the family to New England, Mom takes up with a lonely salesman (Bob Hoskins), while Charlotte falls in love from afar with the groundskeeper (Michael Schoeffling) of a nearby convent.
