New Phone(s) Yep, me too. I'm gonna definatly pounce on this phone first chance I get. My buddy I work with has the Droid, great phone, but I am liking the Hero with it's lack of a hardware keyboard (smaller size) and the Sense UI. He loves his Droid, but admitted he never uses the hardware keyboard. After my love/hate affair with my TP, I am ready to go hardware keyboard-less and have the benefit of a smaller, lighter thinner phone. Bring on the Hero!
New Phone(s) im just wonderin how different it looks. cause verizon changed the look and even gave it a new name. i already know what the hero, hero cdma, and droid eris look like.
New Phone(s) Um, the Hero is no secret, its been out almost a year on Sprint and nearly as long on Verizon (called the Droid Eris). With the exception of maybe Alltel's logo screened on the phone, I can't imagine it's gonna look much different. http://www.phonearena.com/htmls/HTC-...ne-p_3968.html

New Phone(s) No problems at all. I really liked the Hero. The device I had was a pre-release one that HTC gives Alltel for user acceptance testing. I seriously doubt it will be released next week but stranger things have happened.

New Phone(s) yeah 1 year if you paid for that kind of warranty, so you should be good to go! @answerman, if i were you, id buy the incredible from htc or somethin and flash it to Alltel.
