    No, but if you do it about 200-1,000 times, yeah! A picture or more won't hurt, but if you do it too much, it will build up into blindness. Oh, and the dog will have red eyes MOST of the time.

    Do dogs become bling? Do you mean blind? No, they will be ok, I take my dogs picture all the time and he can see fine and dandy. he might have spots before his eyes, like we do after the flash, but it won't blind him.
