Statistical data that's an understatement....anybody know just who to report these dillholes who are obviously breaking the law with their indiscriminate DDOS attacks? I just made the attempt with EFF and they queried me about what I thought they should do...go figure....

Statistical data I saw a similar question at the LW beta forums ('if' I understand correctly). They said they were going to re-establish one but ... that was a while ago. No feedback since then. Others may know.
