It is all in your head. Your mind will make your period not come.

Once you ease off, relaxed a bit, your cycle will resume.

    Give it another two weeks.

I have a hunch it involves the endometriosis...

If you have a late period and a negative pregnancy test, then consider whether or not you've recently been sick, gained or lost a significant amount of weight, have been under excessive stress or have taken any new medications. All of these things can affect your menstrual cycle and cause you to have irregular periods. Additionally, certain types of birth control, including the birth control pill, Depo-Provera and Norplant, can cause you to have menstrual cycles disturbances.

I don't think you are pregnant - it would have shown in the blood test. I'd say it's a problem with your endometriosis and you should have it looked at. Your back hurting is a sign that there might be a problem and the breast tenderness and discharge sounds hormonal to me (I get both of these for a week or two before my period comes).

If your doc is not taking you concerns seriously you should get a second opinion - if your endometriosis is getting worse it could be causing these problems.

I'd get a second opinion and seek an ultrasound.
My mother had no symptoms, no positive tests, and the blood tests they ran didn't show anything at all until she was six months with my brother.

No you are not pregnant. Boobs don't discharge at 3 months and when they do it colostrum that they discharge 1st. it is not clear, it is yellowish and sticky. As far as your doctor saying it is all in your head, maybe he is right, maybe he is wrong. Point is, he shouldn't have left it at that. If he thinks it is in your head then he should have given you a psych referral. get a 2nd opinion to out rule any other medical conditions or to get yourself so psychiatric help
