Low is a very good album, the best Bowie ever released.

Station to Station is creeping up on Ziggy for my favourite, I think Ziggy will always be top though for its nostalgic value. Low 3rd? After that there could be about 5 competitors...

Diamond Dogs is great. I wouldn't say it's in my top five Bowie albums but definitely nuraber 7 or 8.

I'm partial to the stuff he did in the late 70s with Eno. Low and "Heroes" being my favorites.

He is an icon definitely, but I wouldn't say that I would love to be stuck with his cd on a roadtrip or anything.

Oh, so not everybody actually hated it.

I need to stop listening to what he says.

I love Bowie... Mainly his early stuff like Hunky Dory (Wakeman is on it ), Ziggy Stardust and Aladdin Sane, I know his later Eno era stuff is a lot more popular with the hipster crowd, but whatever.

Heroes is awesome, you can't quite beat a trio of pure talent like Bowie, Eno and Fripp, I wish they would all do another album together, that would be sweeeeeeet.
