    How do I respond to employees and customers who keep complaining about people who

    do not speak English? I work at a gas station. The other employees and some customers are complaining about the different cultures who do not know English especially when trying to help them at the counter. I feel like I should say something to defend the cultures. I can't find the right words though. Any suggestions?
