    Toss up 6270 vs. D600 vs. K750i

i've used all three of those phones.

The k750 is a great toy to have..To me it was a camera first, phone second. Reception was mediocre at best on that phone for me.

The 6270 had the best reception overall out of the three but its build quality kinda turned me off. The screen is huge and very bright and vibrant. The stereo speakers sound great too.

I'm currently using the D600. Build quality is great and so is reception. Screen is a bit smaller than the 6270, but its just as bright (if not brighter) than the 6270.

Video recording is great and so are the full screen videos

Out of the three i've liked the D600 the most.

    Toss up 6270 vs. D600 vs. K750i

Out West it will become much more critical to have the 850 band. Basically, the 850 band extends coverage considerably for the network and has better signal penetration into buildings than 1900 but 1900 has much higher capacity for more users per tower than 850. That's why you see the 1900 used mostly in dense urban areas (GTA etc.). Just look at the original Fido "footprint", mostly urban areas with 1900-only coverage vs. the expanded coverage now which is mostly 850. I would strongly advise you to find a phone that includes the 850/1900 band for best overall coverage.

    Toss up 6270 vs. D600 vs. K750i

I will be moving to the Edmonton and Calgary area pretty soon. How is the celluar coverage over there? Would it benefit to have a phone with the 850 band in that instance?

    Toss up 6270 vs. D600 vs. K750i

The k750 is an excellent phone. However, the lack of the 850 band will hurt seeing you are a Fido customer in the GTA. If you stick to mostly urban areas the 1900 only should be fine. Both the 6270 and the D600 (not the D600e which is tri-band 900/1800/1900 and EDGE) are quad-band phones.

Bottom line, if you can live without 850 support, go k750. Otherwise, the other 2 units are good as well.

    Toss up 6270 vs. D600 vs. K750i

According to Mobile-Review the Sony Ericsson K750i is the bestseller and all I can say is it has overall best features. So I recommend the Sony Ercisson K750i.

    Toss up 6270 vs. D600 vs. K750i

I have been trying to look for a good flip phone but all I have found are Razr's. So seeing that I have looked at other phones and came down to these three.I currently have a T616 so I picked the K750i cause it's familiar. I Chose the 6270 cause it has 850 and looks pretty sleek. As an alternative to the 6270 I am also looking at the D600. Which one would you buy and why?
