would you trust a doctor's office who's phone is only a cell phone?

I've worked for many Dr's. Never once was a cell phone used as a business phone in the office. I saw an ad for a Dentist in town. I called and they asked for my insurance #. I called back a couple of hours later and got an answering machine saying the usual and at the end. "This is a cell phone so try again later" Cell phone?? REally?? what is this a fly by night place. Nope left a message and cancel. My gut said so. What do you think? Maybe I'm behind the times, but I'm still on the fence with this one.
