Thalia's, Chez Josephine and Fire bird are all good places in the Theater District. Times Sq Brewery is convenient and not that bad of a rip off. I think they all have menus online. Carmines is great to share a big plate of pasta but getting a table is a pain, and without a car, leftovers can't be saved.

Go to www.playbill.com and there are always restaurant coupons.

If you have time, take a quick cab ride to Chinatown or the Meat Packing district, you will save on your meal way more than the cab costs, especially if you have a couple of people going.

Where is a good place to eat in Manhattan?

Every time I go to the city for a show we end up walking into some place and it is usually over priced and lousy food. Isn't there any place that doesn't suck? I'd be happy to pay a higher price, but some times I pay a lot and the food still sucks. Where should I go!
