how can I fix my sleeping pattern? I have a really weird sleeping pattern lately. beginning my day I wake up anywhere from noon to 3pm energized and ready to start my day. Then I get really tired at around 5 or 6, but I don't go to sleep. Then at around 9 I'm not tired at all, and have lot's of energy, so I stay up until midnight or later. Then when I do go to bed, I can't sleep until anywhere between 5am to 7am, cuz I still have all this energy. There's nothing bothering me and my eating habit hasn't changed. What gives?
