Question, Is this clothing appropriate in Qatar / Legal to drink wine?

Acclimating my outfit for the hot weather matching the theme of Qatar / traveling to Doha

I'll be wearing:
- dark-purple military Beret hat
(a slim hat overlapping on the right ear - facing on the left eye)

- dark-purple unbuttoned long sleeve shirt w/ a light-cream see-through t-shirt inside
(my front body will be slightly visible)

- light-cream pants / caramel leather belt and black shoes
(the belt will be visible because of the cream see-through t-shirt)

I DON'T feel as though I need to match my clothing to the theme of Qatar - I just simply wanted to look that way. I think ''I just think?" it's quite ironic but I don't really mind.

I drink Ice-Wine (a sweet wine with an immaculate flavor)
