Sprinting in freezing temperatures? I run indoor track for my high school and we have practices outside (as indoor tracks aren't available) . Right now, it's literally freezing outside . We have to run multiple 200s and 400s . I always start feeling dizzy or light headed from the cold halfway through our sets . Is there anything i can do to prevent this?
