a hair cut that has layers and might end out looking naturally wavy/ wind blown?

im dyeing my hair brown and then im getting it cut i was wondering if you had suggestions.. btw my hair falls like 2 in. beneath my shoulder blades. i want a look that is maybe layered and looks like its naturaly waved or wind blown without to too much work thta i have to do to get it ready. i already have some layers but they have gradually grown out being thta i got it cut like a month before christmas. websites pics or advice anything would help thaanks!!
