There are two main styles of bikes - sportbike and cruiser. Cruiser bikes that get that good of mileage are a bit rare. Best bet is going to be a Honda VLX600 and you can def get that with a Kawasaki Ninja 250. Don't scoff at the little 250 because the 2007 and earlier ones run 105mph wide open. The current ones run about 95 and ridden easy both get about 60-70 miles to the gallon and are faster than many nice cares like Honda/Acura etc... they aren't as fast as 600cc sportbikes by any chance -but- they run well and get great fuel mileage!
