Been accused of hitting another car, Help!? Right, My insurance rang a while ago stating that a claim has been made against me saying I had been involved in hitting another car and causing injury. I do not know what is going on. I have not hit another car (surely there would be damage to my car if I had). They told me a road of where this is alleged to have happened and I have never heard of it. Can anyone please help me. I had to email my insurance with pictures of my car but they keep saying they're awaiting evidence from the other party. Can anyone help me? I have not hit another car, plus can anyone tell me what is likely to happen/happen next. Has anyone been through something similar?
