What are Japanese adoption regulations for Active Duty US military?
I am going to be stationed in Japan for 2 years. I'm also looking into adoption from a local orphanage. I was just curious if it was even possible for Single Active Duty military personnel to adopt a Japanese child. Let me say in advance, if you simply do not know then please do not answer. I don't want stupid answers.
