Oral Thrush and Wisdom Tooth? Hi I got oral thrush this week on my lower right gum. I have one wisdom tooth partially down on my upper right gum. I have pain where the thrush lesion is and the cartlidge that joins your top and bottom jaw. My question is can oral thrush cause pain around my wisdom tooth gum and cartlidge or do you think I need my wisdom tooth removed. It has been coming down for a year and rarely caused me trouble but I'm finding it difficult to eat since I got thrush(literally the same day I got the thrush my gum hurt). I'm praying its just thrush as I'm terrified of the pain after wisdom tooth removal. Any opinions appreciated.
