What are some cheap decent head phones for night music, gaming, porn listening that will not pull on my hair?

I do specify porn because i'm a single guy but I live close to people who don't want to hear it or hear music while there sleeping.
I am thinking walmart or target but target had a bunch of the 100-200 dollor ones and I am not willing to spend more then 30 on a confertible set as long as sound is ok , I can settle for confertible and ok. Needs mini jack for my notebook and it does accept head sets aswell.
