jst ordered an iPhone 4 CDMA Verizon..... wanted to know if i can flash it to relaince OR any other service provide.... if yes how? PLS HELP ME OUT

I KNOW THERE IS SOMETHING LIKE "flashing the NAM manually" AND "replacing prl" BUT I DONT KNOW HOW TO DO IT.
