Formations disappear in Madden 12 custom playbooks? I created a custom playbook in Madden 12 and when I get into a game some of the formations are totally missing. Also, some plays within other formations are missing. I quit the game and go into edit the playbook and it shows the plays and formations that were missing during the game as still there. Any way to fix this? I play on Xbox 360.
