Yeah go to a doctor! Get an x ray! Obviously there is something wrong.

it doesn't matter if you can't feel it unless you run. the doctors can still prescribe you stuff that will speed up the recovery. a knee injury isn't something you just ignore willy nilly. the doctors first need to diagnose the injury because there's a chance you aren't healing at all.

I would strongly recommend resting it and at the most, stretching it twice a day to aid in the recovery and preventing stiffness.

    mmhmm
I would say rest it. Probably just strained a ligament or w/e. Or you can freak out like everyone else and pay doctors lots of money to prescribe you advil.

    rest? or do elliptical/bike?

i have a knee injury from running i guess, and now i cant run at all i would go to the doctor. but my knee doesnt hurt when i touch it, so they really wouldnt be able to do anything about it. it doesnt hurt that much when i walk or anything, just horrible when i run. so im wondering is it safe to do the elliptical or bike while i cant run? will this slow down my recovery? i want to eventually run alot again..
