How many people don't take the U.S. Census?

I'm attempting to figure out how many people don't take the U.S. Census, even if it's an estimated percentage/number. Where can I find the answer?! Google isn't working for. If you find a number/%, please link me to the website, thank you!
To be more specific, I'm talking about California's Census.
@dobberx I wouldn't be lazy if I actually thought this question through and typed it out, even with some typos.
You assumed I'm lazy because I stated that Google wasn't working and assumed that I didn't search for myself. Your assumption is wrong, because I did. Maybe I didn't search what you searched, which I didn't. I searched 'California Census', 'Number of people that didn't take the census in California', etc. I never searched the Census Response Rate. Before you go around calling people lazy and assuming that they didn't look for themselves first, think it through.
