What's with my speeds? My speed test results are nowhere near that good, but I get 1300 KB/s on newsgroup downloads.

What's with my speeds? uTorrent is downloading at the same speeds as well.
What's with my speeds? Alright, grab something off a download site like: http://fileforum.betanews.com/ Just grab something decently big and see what speeds you get, through whatever browser you use.
What's with my speeds? Alt.Binz has a maximum speed setting but I always leave it as the default, which is zero, or unlimited. I've even tried setting it to 999999 though just to see what happened and it's still the same.
What's with my speeds? Reset you clients settings and reset them...or do you have "a certain speed set" or set to unlimted?
