Losing weight with a stationary bike. Help? So im looking to lose weight, im 21 female not sure on the weight but size 14 ish. i have always been heavier on my bum and legs but last year at college i managed to put some on everywhere. Its not just about weight, i also just feel unfit and want to improve my health. After being a student i've got pretty lazy so ive bought myself a stationary bike, so i could watch my movies game while exercise win/win right? I've been doing an hour when i get up and an hour when i finish late each day for 6days. Steady pace - average info 22km and 320cals burnt My question is, is this going work for me? should i be doing more? or is it wrong to be focusing on just the bike. A friend also warned me that i may just make my legs bigger. Could anyone offer me any help or tips
