    Just beginning at the gym, wanted some tips.?

    So I'm a female 5'4 and weigh 160lbs. I would love to reach 140lbs, but 150 is my first goal. I just joined the gym a week and a half ago, I plan on going 4-5 days a week. I so far have calorie counted each visit and range from 600-1050 burned calories. I have uped my game and would like to burn 800 minimum each visit.

    I changed my diet (due to acid reflux and other stomach issues) and have a piece of cinnamon swirl bread (80 cals), an apple and protein bar for breakfast. Lunch(work lunch) is a turkey sandwich(just turkey no spreads nothing on it) and a flat roll(rolls 100cals) a 100ish calorie bar of some sort, an apple or pear. Dinner usually is the calorie counter probably around 600.

    Judging by that, and the calories I'm burning at the gym.. Do you think ill be able to lose weight if I can stick to the diet/work out?
