    Well,I am agree with your reviews but i don't have extra knowledge about it.According to me that
    we should be take care of the diet habits because a energetic diets has own importance for good
    health and fitness....

    If you're looking for a diet friendly dessert for cake possibly a sugar free cake mix with sugar free icing. If you don't like that you can use apple sauce in place of oil to help reduce the fat content.

    Common Sense Says
    Here are the substitutions I make:

    oil ---> applesauce
    sugar ---> Stevia
    butter ---> Smart Balance margarine
    eggs ---> flax seed

    You can cut THOUSANDS of calories from a cake this way.

    If you're on a diet, you really should be worried about refined starches- wheat and sugar-
    not fat.

    I don't diet, but use healthy, real food "alternatives" to the junk that is out there.

    Oil and butter can be replaced with bananas, unsweetened apple sauce, or other pureed fruit or vegetable. (When I use bananas, I use little or no sugar.)

    If I use sugar in a recipe, I use no more than half. It's still sweet, but not overwhelming.

    I use all whole wheat flour. There is no difference in taste and it's much healthier.

    Cake mixes are filled with white flour, an artificial stuff. I use this cake recipe:
    -- I use all whole wheat flour
    -- No more than three-fourths cups of sugar (Either Sugar in the Raw or Florida Crystals)
    -- At least 12 tablespoons cocoa
    -- No salt
    -- Unsweetened apple sauce and I double the amount

    I use this frosting recipe with it:
    -- One half cup of sugar
    -- At least a half cup of cocoa (I can use a whole canister with one cake)
    -- I use Silk Light Chocolate soy milk. It tastes good and it has less sugar and calories than the regular chocolate soy milk. I also use more than the recipe says as it is not enough. I spread the frosting when the cake is cooled and sprinkle semi-sweet chocolate chip on top.

    Diet friendly cake or brownie method?

    Okay I heard you can bake a cake mix with diet soda but doesn't that still contain fat?? Because with an asterisk it says that after the product is done it will contain this amount of fat.. Is that healthier than just making a homemade cake from scratch?
