Well,we should be take care of the health issues because health is wealth. According to me that all the unhealthier foods are not good for the health and fitness because these cause of stomach diseases.....
According to me, you are going perfect in terms of healthy eating. Eating fruits is very necessary for our health and overall well being. I may advice you to ignore your diet tracker and continue with your recent diet plan.
Is this bad for my health? I eat a lot of healthy foods like fruits and vegetables, I enter all of the food I eat into my weight tracker and it says I am getting an excessive amount of vitamin a, c, and iron. Is this bad for me? Some days I get two or three times the amount that I need!
