I cannot activate my palm pixi plus!? We went to Verizon Wireless and said that my phone needs to charge and I should be able to call on the phone *228. But the thing is when it charged and I turned it on, it went to a blue blank screen, with the bottom having a "Tap to place call", but when I press call customer service, it doesn't connect at all. It just stays at this screen. Any ideas or help?
