Is an "Injunction Against Harrassment" order an actual charge? My ex got one against me claiming I've been harassing him to try to escape his responsibility when I found out I was pregnant by him. Will I lose my job over this? Or will this affect my chances of getting hired for future jobs? Will it show up on criminal background check? Am I actually being charged with anything? It expires in one year, if I don't violate it, will I be fine and have nothing to worry about?
