On and off nausea and cramps/sharp pains? For the past 2 weeks I've started feeling really sick at random times of the day, mainly in the morning when I first wake up. I've also been getting cramps just below my breasts and sharp stabbing pains in my breasts and sometimes stomach. My period is 2 days late but I doubt I'm pregnant because I always think I'm pregnant when I'm not. I also get full easier and my appitite has gone down alot. Anyone have any idea on what this could be?
