Squat thrusts (burpees): Are they bad for your posture? Hi, i was wondering if these exercises (squat thrusts) are bad for posture. I've heard how sit-ups can tighten the muscles on your front side, causing bad posture if you don't counter act it with another exercise. Was wondering if it's the same with squat thrust? As the muscles on the front side of my body seem to tighten.
