torrent download is not working on my college internet connection? I am using college internet which requires a username and password.it also has proxy srttings which goes as 172.16.0.11 and port 3128. the connection also has download limit of 300mb.when i try to download files through torrent it does not work.even files less then 300mb does not download . is there any way to download using torrent?
