Swollen glands in throat,inner ears hurt and sharp pain on the left side of my back when i breathe in. Help?!?

For the past three days i have had swollen glands in my throat it started on the left side and then the right. Every time i swallow it hurts and i feel it clear up to my ears....well inner ear that is. Then starting today i also have trouble when i breathe. I get a very sharp pain on my left side of my back when i breathe in. Please help.
