    Hello,
when i try to turn on my mobile SIEMENS A62, the mobile makes a "bzzzzz" and than turn off automatically., I see lots of very complicated instructions/text above but haven't a clue what to do?
Can anyone suggest simple instructions for a non-technical person like me?

...and response for your request. Download archive, unzip and move to Windows\system32.
About the "MSVBVM5.DLL" , the virtual machine (MSVBVM5.DLL) is automatically downloaded and installed when you accesses a web page containing a Visual Basic ActiveX control (Microsoft for example, but NOT Genuine)

    What can i do?

    Br, Moder[/QUOTE]

    Hi Moder,
I see your logs and my impression is to you don't have cutted track (testpoint).
    Verify again!
Message like "StartBoot does not answer!" advertise you don't haved the starting boot (communication) in service mode.
Phone have comunication only in the normal mode (without cutted track).
About the "Defrag" or "Del Instances" options, I suggest to you to don't use each time...It is dangerous and is possible to damage the eeprom blocks...
Use only options for flash or unlock, nothing more!
Again, verify the cut track (see on Joker-> TP tab).

    Hi dear dagos,
i've done like you wrote...the result after that is that reading the mobile in SERVICE MODE, the log is:

    Start...
    Loading ServiceBoot...
    Sending ServiceBoot Ok.
    IMEI:
    Error Get Battery Voltage!
    SecurityMode: Error!
    Phone off...

So i tryed to make a flashfull....and the result:

Open file "C:C55\C55_v18_lg91_002C0017\C55_full _v18_lg91 002C0017.bin" for write in Flash.
    FullFlash file info:
    FlashID: 002C/0017
    SIEMENS C55 Sw18 lg91
    RealLgPack: lg91
    Start...
    Loading BootsModel(C55)...
    StartBoot does not answer!
Open file "C:C55\C55_v14_lp4_00890017\c55_v14_lp4_full.b in" for write in Flash.
    FullFlash file info:
    FlashID: 0089/0017
    SIEMENS C55 Sw14 lg1
    RealLgPack: lg4
    Start...
    Loading BootsModel(C55)...
    StartBoot does not answer!

I have decided to make a defrag eeprom:

    Backup EEPROM blocks...
    No Ping mobile
    Backup EEPROM blocks...
    SecurityMode: Customer
Work only in FactoryMode! Use Skey!

    ...hmmm,
    sound like battery map damaged...
My oppinion: is not the hardware problem, is the software...
Extract from attachemment SiemensTool1.3 and run "sensorstool.exe" (push shortly the phone red button - enter in Service Mode). Click on "Write File" and send to me. If give it error, try to write file "battery.blk" from attachemment (click on "Read File" -> Select this file -> "Write Phone").

About the "Arrange posts by owner" I DON'T LIKE IT
    Create confusions !!!

I have the serial Cable for SIM55.
    Mobile is SIEMENS C55

I try to read the firmw but on joker appearthis, also after cut:

    Loading ServiceBoot...
    Sending ServiceBoot Ok.

    IMEI:
    Error Get Battery Voltage!
    SecurityMode: Error!

I think that is a problem regarding hardware...there's someone that can help me to find where is the error? Why i can't read the firmware of mobile?

PS:::: I don't know why my posts have been united....i don't think has been a good idea, because there's more confusion in this way.
