No, its a tri-band phone and it depends on if it was unlocked from its Original network system. A tri-band phone should be compatible with any network as long as it has been released from the original one. You need a special code and procedure to have it released. I have, however, my doubts that you will be able to do this one. If someone says it can be done get it in writing.
Only if it has a simcard. If it was an ATT phone, you can get an unlock code on line, and then it might also work on T-Mobile
