Well, I think that all the deleted data can be recovered including the messages, because all the lost data are still located in your iPhone before they are overwritten. Thus, if you don't overwrite the data, with the help of some useful iPhone SMS recovery software, there are chances for you to recover deleted text messages from iPhone.

Hey guys, I just wanted to know if there is a way to recover my deleted text messages, I am with Fido and I deleted some texts that I would really like to reread them to make sure they were as I perceived them as I had a long night last night and deleted them after reading them..
