Is the Devil black? Like afrikan emperor of antiquity Hellassie black, black? Or is that just allegory?

I mean, Jesus is white, so what are we to understand from seeing a Black Devil?

Are black people demons? Is that what the Bible was trying to tell us all along?

Why is the Devil always black in artistic depictions of the past?

Shiva the Destroyer was also black (shown with dark blue skin back then in India) and he was not some benevolent figure or whatever, but quite the opposite.
