WTH is wrong with Buick rendezvous? ok so i bought this 02 rendezvous. ever since i changed the right rear cv joint the awd disable is on. on top of that my muffler was improperly changed from previous owner and after a long trip it got hot enough to burn the carpet directly above the muffler. since then it has been running horribly, with the gas mileage cut in half at least. it idles roughly and sort of sputters without stalling. A friend told me to replace the egr valve and this solved that problem... until i had gone about fifteen miles. I am not a mechanic but i can repair or replace if guided in the right direction.
