Do employers see anything come up on your record if you filed for non disclosure? I filed for petition of non disclosure about 2 months ago and I just checked to see if my records were available to view online at the Harris county district clerk website and they did not show up like they used to before I filed. I have been with my job for 3 yrs since I got into trouble and they had no idea that I had something on my record. I am thinking about looking for a better job and I wanted to know before I started looking what will employers see if they were to background check me. Sorry so long
