    i am cooking a 16lb ham with skin on it. do i need to trim the thick skin off of it before i cook it?

    how long should i cook the ham with bone in? it says it's smoked but pink juices are coming out as i cook it in the oven. i'm also cooking it @ 350 degrees. help!
