Panasonic Viera TH-L37U20Z - how do I perform a factory reset on TV itself without the remote?
I have a Panasonic Viera model TH-L37U20Z and no manual or original remote (landlord bought it in an auction). It's stuck on store demonstration mode so plays ads across the screen every 10 mins. All instructions I find online for similar models tell me to reset it using the 'Menu' button on the side panel - but there is no Menu button on my TV! Please, how do I fix this?
