How do I change an HTML website to CSS? I was given a website to make many changes for, i feel i have done the best I can with the HTML that was already written, however, I feel i could make it look much better with CSS. The main page (index.html) is clearly in html, and I don't know how to change that to CSS. I have another "index.css" started, i just want to switch the two. If it helps, the website is host and created under bluehost.com 's file manager
