You really have to love Maryland sometimes. and you do? if you're talking about military conditioning then thats been an effort by the armed forces to breakdown resistance to killing in recruits since the end of WW2 yes people would find ways, but it would be harder. You know, I'd venture that if you put a random non-military citizen on the controls of an armed drone watching Osama or a vehicle containing Osama, about 50% would pull the trigger even if it took some convincing. If you put them in a room with him and gave them a knife, the vast majority would opt out.
