Solutions to dealing with stress from oral presentations? I've been trying many ways to deal with being nervous during oral presentations, but they don't seem to work. I am enrolled in a communication class that involves many oral presentations. I just had mine, and I would literally choke up on my words. Sometimes I would even forget what I'm going to say. It seems like everyone else in the class handles it better than I do. Is there a way that you guys manage public speaking?
