Hai, I think your phone is locked with another network. Because it is asking for NCK. So first you should unlock your phone. In order to unlock your Vodafone 332fm you can use unlock codes. If you want unlock code you can get it from Theunlockspot.com. They will send the code to your mail along with instructions. After unlock you can use any gsm sim cards.
